Step - 01 Relationship Building & Creative Concept Design
Creative concept development is bringing your idea to life, we try make it as easy as possible for you as a client weather you bring in your own designs or we design for you. We become involved in ever part of the process including sitting with you to help decide which colours, lighting and materials will look and work the best for your concept! We have an in house design team to help bring your ideas to life, do on site checks and discuss your project with in person. We do our best in our research and development process to stay up to date with trends and techniques
Step - 02 In-House Graphic Design
We have an in house team that develops, creates and brings your concept to life. This step includes, sizing and placement of your internal and external signage and even designing your logo if it is needed!
Step - 03 Fabrication and Finishing
This is the beginning of development! Once everyone is happy with the concept on paper we start the process of creating the pieces of the puzzle we are building for you and your business. We have multiple teams in different departments on our factory floor that are crucial parts in the development process, from bending up, to welding, spray work and vinyl application before heading to quality control.
Step - 04 Quality Control
We do quality checks on all of our projects as it goes to each different department on the factory floor and a final quality check is done by factory and installation managers to make sure it is meeting our company standards as well as yours. Supporting the smaller, family run business also insures attention to even the smallest details in your signage.
Step - 05 Logistics and Distribution
We do distribution nationwide! Depending on the size of your signage needs we do third party and our own distribution, all logistics and planning go through our installation team and factory management.
Step - 06 On-Site Professional Installation
Installation already starts at the beginning of the manufacturing process. Brackets and holes are added in development to make sure that installation is as easy as possible. We have trained staff to work at heights and full medicals to work on sites big and small. We have professional riggers with our own scaffolding and rigging equipment to make installation a smooth part of our process.
